I am a registered psychotherapist and counsellor passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, or major life transitions, therapy can provide the opportunity to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards lasting change.
