Services

We provide psychotherapy and counselling services. Therapy is a collaborative process and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Appointments and payment

  • Fees are as published on the Fees page and are payable as described at booking.
  • Concession pricing requires confirmation by the practitioner.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not share access to your account.

Confidentiality

Information you share is treated confidentially, subject to the limits described in our Privacy Policy and confidentiality statement.

Intellectual property

Website content and downloadable resources are provided for personal use and remain the property of the practice unless otherwise stated.
